Refund policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns and exchanges within 10 days from purchase. No questions asked!
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- returned items must not be used or washed or damaged.

How to return something?

Place your return request via email to admin@journeyeast.in. You will need to mention the Order no. in the email.
Alternatively, you can click on Return Policy and follow the steps there.
Once you put the request for exchange/return, we cordinate the logistics for reverse pickup.

Refund

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business working days from the receipt of the returned item to our warehouse.
